Question: Can we set up links or tags (not sure of the word) on others peoples web sites that are hosting articles relative to our offering?  Let’s say John Smith posts a blog on their web site, can we put the link and download of their on our web site and will that increase our organic growth hits?

Answer: It is highly recommended to have “backlinks” or “reciprocal links” to your website from relevant websites. It helps with web page ranking and therefore the search results appear higher in search engines.

Any time you write a news release/announcement, post an article, or even post a post reply on outside websites, you  should always link back to your own website. It could be done by simply having a signature in the reply. Some websites don’t allow backlinks though. You have full flexibility on your breeder website, so of course you can link to any site. If a site links to you, we can link back to that site.
